These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PAX mobile and web application ("PAX") provided by PAX Grounded ("we", "us", "our"). 1. Acceptance By accessing or using PAX, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. 2. The service PAX is a self-help and wellness companion for people living with anxiety and panic. It is not a medical or mental-health service and does not replace professional care. 3. Use restrictions You agree not to misuse PAX: no unlawful use, fraud, spam, intellectual-property infringement, security interference, scraping, or reverse engineering. 4. Intellectual property All content, branding, software and materials in PAX remain the property of PAX Grounded. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use PAX for personal wellness purposes. 5. Payments and subscriptions PAX Premium is billed monthly at 299 SEK. Payments, billing, tax, refunds and subscription management are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). 6. Refunds You may request a refund within 30 days of a charge. Refunds are handled by Paddle at paddle.net. 7. Termination We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk or non-payment. 8. Disclaimer PAX is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service. It is not medical advice. 9.
