Controller PAX Grounded is the data controller for the personal data processed through PAX. 2. Data we collect We collect your email address, profile information, check-in entries (mood, anxiety level, body areas, sleep hours, notes), breathing session history, chat messages, and technical data such as device type and IP address. 3. How we use it We use your data to provide and improve PAX, personalize your experience, maintain security, send service-related messages, and process subscriptions through Paddle. 4. Legal basis Processing is based on performance of contract, legitimate interest, and consent where required. 5. Data sharing We share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, support) and with Paddle as the Merchant of Record for payment, subscription management, tax and invoicing. We may also share data with professional advisers or authorities when required by law. 6.
